radRounds is a professional network with membership restricted to health care professionals in medical imaging.  radRounds features tools for professional networking, research collaboration, teaching file management, and secure image/case sharing. On MedicalPlexus, you will soon have an option of joining the radRounds group to take advantage of these features and interact with members from radRounds.

Just through word of mouth, the MedicalPlexus community has been rapidly growing. So we are excited to announce that as of today, 112 medical institutions in the United States have medical students, physicians and researchers who are members of MedicalPlexus!

Thanks for your enthusiasm and stay tuned to more features that will provide the medical community with clinical decision-making and networking tools.

As a result of the partnership, MedicalPlexus will provide content management and sharing features to users on all SDN medical forums, while our medical community will be able to participate in informative SDN discussions through the MedicalPlexus Answer’s application. This is just a start! You will see more interactive features coming from both sites soon, such as the SDN Group on MedicalPlexus as seen below.

Finally, here’s how the upload process looks. Each file uploads one after another, and you can describe the entire set while the upload progresses. Your stored privacy settings will automatically be applied, and you can add tags to every file in the group by entering them in just once.  Also, you can select from any of your MedicalPlexus contacts to list as contributors to a given file or file set.
